Water is so essential to our health, just by drinking more water everyday we can dramatically improve our health over all. Here are just few of many benefits why you should drink a lot of water on a daily basis:

  • Drinking Water helps maintain the balance of body fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.


  • Trying to lose weight? Guess what ? Water is one of the cheapests and healthiest way to do so. Water revs up metabolism and helps you feel full, so from now replace calorie-filled beverages with water and help yourself to be slim and healthy.


  • Boost your energy by drinking more water: Dehydration makes you feel tired and depressed. Drinking more water during the day will help your heart pump blood much more effectively which will help your blood transport oxygen faster and better to your cells.


  • Younger and glowing looking skin you have always wanted: Water is nature`s the best and cheapest beauty cream. Wrinkles and lines appears when you are dehydrated. Drinking more water will make your skin look younger and glowing.


  • Water reduces kidney stones : 7 years ago I had a really bad experience with kidney stones, I spend 2 weeks in the hospital. The only reason why? I was not drinking enough water and I was consuming a lot of alcohol and soda beverages. Thanks god, I`m doing great today. Reduce your risk by drinking plenty of water! Water dilutes the salts and minerals in your urine that form the solid crystals known as kidney stones.


  • Balance your blood sugar: Water is one of the best ways to balance your blood sugar and avoid obesity, stroke, and other heart problems.


How much water to drink?

  • Drink between 64 ounces and 0.67% of your body weight. For example: if your body weight is 150 pounds, then you need to drink anywhere between 64 ounces and 100 ounces of water per day - (0.67% x 150)


  • The amount of water you will drink depends on: - How much water you were drinking before - Your level of activity - how much you sweat daily - How much caffeine or alcohol you drink daily. Both are dehydrating, so be sure you go "1 - for - 1" - The temperature where you live (super hot summers require more water)


  • You can tell that you are drinking enough water when: - Your urine is on the light side. If the urine is dark and there`s not much of it, then you are likely not drinking enough water. - Your urine should be abundant. You have to empty your bladder about every two hours. - If you are going constantly, you could be drinking too much water.


  • NOTE : When you first start to increase water consumption, you will be in the bathroom more often than you are used to, but that will only last a few days and then your body will adjust.



How to drink water when you don`t like the taste of water?

  • Add slices of lemon, lime, cucumber, orange or any other fruits that you like.

  • Add mint leaves to water - it will make your water super refreshing.

  • Add your favorite berries for sparkle and taste and also really great for digestion.

  • Use a fancy drinking glass or goblet!

  • Heat water and drink with slices of lemon (my favorite thing every morning)





VERY IMPORTANT! Drink at least 20 ounces (1-2 glasses) of water first think in the morning. You have been asleep for 6 to 10 hours, so it`s time to hydrate. This can even replace morning coffee, as re-hydrating the body and brain will lead to clearer thinking and better energy.

  • Keep a lovely pitcher of filtered water in your fridge at home or near your work place with the amount of water to drink each day. This makes it easy to remember to drink water and to track your intake.

  • Drink a 8 ounces of water before exercise

  • Bottles, bottles everywhere! Keep glass of water in your car, at the office, or around your work areas.

  • If you can not access a filter for your water, than let drinking water stand at room temperature for an hour or more.

  • If you have digestive challenges, drink most of your water between meals.

  • Add concentrate trace mineral, Celtic sea salt or green powder to water to increase nutrient content and improve the PH of your body.
