Spirulina Pre-Workout Smoothie
My new favorite easy to make #preworkoutsmoothie that gives me a tremendous boost of energy to enjoy a fun and a better workout or any time when I need a replacement for a coffee.

Spirulina known as a super-food and has many health benefits, here are my 5 favorite:
Spirulina is a great source of nutrients and helps to boost energy level.
Some studies are showing that Spirulina appears to be beneficial to improve muscle strength and endurance.
Spirulina packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects.
Spirulina is abundant with mineral potassium which beneficial to bone health. Moreover, spirulina is rich in vitamin K which help regulate the production of new bone cells while maintaining the integrity of the bones, and magnesium which help to prevent osteoporosis.
Spirulina helps to fight #Anemia. (I`ve been struggling with Anemia (iron poor blood) most of my life. Anemia is when your body doesn`t create enough red blood cells, which leads to not getting enough oxygen, which makes you always feel tired and fatigued.) Just by taking a few grams of spirulina a day you can dramatically increase your iron production.
Let`s look at the marvelous nutrition facts of this plant.
A single tablespoon of dried #spirulina powder (approximately 7 grams) contains:
Vitamin B1: 11% of the RDA
Vitamin B2: 15% of the RDA
Vitamin B3: 4% of the RDA
4 grams of protein
Iron: 11% of the RDA
Copper: 21% of the RDA
+ PLUS large quantities of minerals as magnesium, potassium and manganese.
