You will need:
1 cup almond / coconut milk (coconut water also goes great here)
1 cup frozen (or not ) raspberries
1/2 banana (optional frozen)
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 scoop protein powder of your choice (I love chocolate with this smoothie)
1 tbsp pre-soaked chia seeds
a few ice cubes
