HOW TO MAKE CHIA PUDDING

Even before I became a mom I was a big fan when it came to fast, easy to make, and healthy recipes. Honestly, I don`t know if I am more a busy or a lazy person lol. Especially today when I have a little bit more on my plate I need it to be fast and easy.

If you like me, love nurturing your body with a healthy food but need it to be fast and easy you will enjoy these CHIA SEEDS PUDDING recipes so much!

I remember the first time I ever made CHIA PUDDING I was like: "That`s it? So simple" and after tasting it our love story has begun.

Before we will dive into the recipes let me tell you a little bit of an incredible health benefits of chia seeds.

Chia seeds know as a super food. The word CHIA itself means - STRENGTH. You won`t believe how many fascinating health benefits these little tiny seeds has!

  • It contains all eight essential amino acids, many minerals, and micro-nutrients.

  • They have more Omega 3 fatty acids than in Salmon fish.

  • More iron and magnesium than spinach.

  • More calcium than a milk.

  • More antioxidants than blueberries.

  • More fiber than an oatmeal.

  • More potassium than a banana.

  • Are great to reduce and prevent heart disease.

  • Fight cancer.

  • And much more...

Pretty awesome right!? I hope now you are even more excited to incorporate chia seeds in your daily diet.

Now to the recipes: Today I am sharing the following flavors of CHIA PUDDING:

Every recipe will begin with base ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • 1 cup of milk of your choice! ( My favorite are almond and coconut milk)

  • 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice ( Agave syrup, maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar, vanilla, etc...

Virgin Chia Pudding

1/4 cup of chia seeds 1 cup of almond milk 1 tbsp agave syrup

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl or a jar whisk together or shake it well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight. When you ready to eat top in with your favorite fruits and nuts.



Green Matcha Chia Pudding

Green Matcha also has many nutrition benefits. It reach in antioxidants, helps to sooth and relax, and get a mental clarity. I love making this version when I feel anxious or stressful.

1/4 cup of chia seeds 1 cup of coconut milk 1 tbsp agave syrup 1 tbsp of green matcha tea (Green Match has a pretty strong taste. If you are new to this flavor maybe begin with a 1/2 tbsp.) 1 tbsp of shredded coconut (optional)

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl or a jar whisk together or shake it well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight. When you ready to eat top in with your favorite fruits and nuts.

Chocolate Chia Pudding

1/4 cup of chia seeds 1 cup of almond milk 1 tbsp agave syrup 1 tbsp cocoa powder dash of cinnamon (optional)

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl or a jar whisk together or shake it well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight. When you ready to eat top in with your favorite fruits and nuts.
