Hi, I am Liel
Russian native girl who was raised in Israel from the age of 9th.
In my late 20s, I began traveling around the United States and landed in California where I met my husband Michael. These days three of us happily live in Dallas, Texas.
Today I have known as a yoga teacher, nutrition and a health coach.
Here is a long story short how my lifestyle dramatically have changed from being bank worker, bartender at nights, and studying M.A degree in economics in a completely different direction.
A defining moment in my life happened in 2010, where for more than a year I was suffering from continuous back pain, low energy, and daily migraine.
I was visiting doctors more than I was comfortable with. I could not sleep well at nights, I was always nervous, overstressed, impatient toward others, and the worse heartless and aggressive toward my loved ones.
Here is how I overcame the situation:
I shared my feelings with a friend that worked with me at the office, and my friend suggested me trying Yoga as a physical and mental release.
So,l headed to my first yoga class to Bikram yoga studio in Israel, and I fell in love right away.
The energy in that room was incredible! I felt like I had been reborn. I saw everyone smile, calm and happy, I felt belonged and I needed more of that.
As an athlete in high school and a sports lover, I was able to perform most sports and physical activities with minimal effort. To my surprise, yoga turned out to be very challenging, at the same time relaxing and made me feel incredibly energized and brought smile back on my face, which is what initially motivated me to keep going back.
After a couple of months, I slowly began to realize that yoga was more than just a workout for me. As I noticed the positive changes in my own body, energy level, and relaxing mind, I made a commitment to fill my practice and to bring harmony back into my life.
I truly wanted to live a healthy and a happy life.
As, I noticed along the way, that I was not the only one that was struggling with health issues, stressful reality, and a desire to live happily. My yoga journey helped me to find the way to change and to create a new and successful life. As a result, I decided to become a yoga instructor and have dedicated the rest of my professional life to helping other people around the world to use yoga as a tool for own healing to gain a mental peace and clarity and to create a healthy lifestyle. I love spreading my love and benefits of yoga with the world.
